Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Parents or guardians are responsible for registering students under the age of 18. Enrollment is confirmed once the registration process is completed and the free trial or first class is scheduled.
We offer a free trial class for new students to evaluate our teaching methodology and instructors. The academy reserves the right to limit or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Students may select class timings based on availability. Any request to reschedule a class should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
Course fees must be paid according to the selected monthly plan. Payments are due before the start of each billing period. Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of classes until payment is received.
Regular attendance is important for consistent learning. Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes. Teachers will wait for a reasonable period if a student is late before marking the class as missed.
Students may request male or female Quran teachers based on availability. The academy reserves the right to change teachers when necessary to maintain the quality of education.
Students are expected to behave respectfully during online classes. Any inappropriate behavior, misuse of the platform, or disrespect toward teachers may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
All course materials, lesson plans, and educational resources provided by the academy are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Student information is used only for educational and communication purposes and is never shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Students who wish to discontinue classes should notify the academy before the next billing cycle. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and may vary depending on the circumstances.
Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a compatible device for attending online classes. The academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues on the student's side.
